Meet Dr. Nomani

Dr. Nomani moved to Manhattan as a child with his family in 1990. He and his sister attended Marlatt Elementary School while his mother pursued a graduate degree in education at Kansas State University. Dr. Nomani and his wife, Katy Nomani, are thrilled to call “The Little Apple” home.

Dr. Nomani attended Marquette University under a wrestling scholarship, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Computer Engineering in 2005. He worked for Cerner Corporation in Kansas City for one year, and went on to attend dental school at the University of Missouri -- Kansas City, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2010. Dr. Nomani then completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Florida in 2014. Dr. Nomani is Kansas Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery specialty boards certified.

In the above photo Dr. Nomani proudly displays his 2021 Dundies award from the MOSAIC team, of which he was honored to receive even if he was the only one in the running.

Katy Nomani also works alongside Dr. Nomani at Manhattan Oral Surgery and Implant Center. Mrs. Nomani grew up in western Kansas and graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Health Information Management. Mrs. Nomani worked at Cerner Corporation for nine years prior to joining Manhattan Oral Surgery & Implant Center, implementing and selling Electronic Medical Records to hospitals around the world. She will bring her knowledge of healthcare information technology to the practice. 

Dr. and Ms. Nomani are proud parents to three handsome little boys Ali, Amir, and Arshah Nomani.
